AWFUL!!!! Do not attempt!!!

THIS APP IS TERRIBLE. JUST LIKE MONDAYS. This app is the most confusing and counterproductive “organization” tool any company could possibly imagine. You will waste your time just trying to figure out how to be a “team” and share information. You will be asked to create multiple URLs for no apparent reason. All 3 of us at the company fought with this app and finally gave up.
Misleading, Expensive, and Awkward to Use

I downloaded this app with the hope of using it as a project management software. After attempting to set things up from the app, you discover it has to be desktop driven. The moment I logged into the desktop to set things up, our free trial was over. It’s not worth the time to learn how to use.

Ok, first Question: Why no integration with Zoho Invoice? And how do you make email pulses go to specific project instead of starting it's own? I have a printing consulting firm with multiple projects and multiple vendors, multiple invoices etc. I’ve been looking for a solution, to be able to track all these things and deadlines. Of course, started with Excel. that sucked. Then started looking at different programs. I’m a solopreneur. They were either too simplistic (my initial thought about Monday.com, seeing the commercials.), or they required way too much data input, or they were way too big and sophisticated for my needs. So I did nothing. I kept seeing the Monday.com ads on YouTube while watching the news, like every day. After the required five seconds or so I would skip it. Recently I was writing an email when it came on and so it just played and has I watched it I realized it wasn’t how simplistic as I thought and have it a try. So GLAD I did! I grabbed a cigar and say down and built my first project management board the first night, with tie-in to board of info I imported in. This morning I received a notification of a deadline I set up. So easy. I've watched the videos and I'm ready to do more. Thank you!

Love the desktop version but the mobile app is hard to use

It’s okay for on the go updates to projects but fields are too hard to find and some completely hidden by the keyboard when adding a new pulse. Very frustrating to not see what I’m typing and have to correct when on desktop
Great for small service business

Done a lot of research trying to find the best fit. Seems like there isn’t much out there in the way of tech geared toward small service industry businesses. Great job Monday.com!
