Good program when app works

I’ve used this app for the past couple of years with minor glitches. However, this week my app is not working. It keeps locking up. I’ve deleted it and re-installed it and nothing seems to work. Frustrating.

Moments is how I share all my family photos with my family members. I really love how it puts it in a video with music that you can change.

This was a good app, but over the last week or so it stopped working. A few people in my family had the same problems. I tried deleting it and re-adding it, same issue Guess the fix is just to remove it all together

I love moments and think it is super easy to use and like the way the friends and family I choose from Facebook can easily contribute or view. I do wish that when I go back to view my moments event albums that they would be in order of date. Or that it would allow me to date the photo album for those instances that some of the photos might have been screenshots with a date outside the actual date of the event. Either way the albums are in order of date created or suggested and not actual date of event.

This app will not open. If you & your family share over a year of photos, it stops working. Now I no longer have photos my mom shared with me before she passed away.

Ever since I downloaded the new update for iPhones yesterday I have not been able to get into Moments. I have deleted the app and reinstalled it and it freezes up. I am very frustrated because I love this app when it works but right now I cannot access very important albums that I need to get to. PLEASE FIX ASAP
Crashing too much!

At first I loved this app on my iPhone X, but now it crashes toooo much! It also takes a long time to open... Sometimes by the time it opens it crashes! The crashes are really annoying!! It’s crashing too too many times!!!
