CRASHES UPON OPENING

I can’t even use this app, I managed to pay the pro subscription through the app on my iPad - it opens long enough before crashing to do that. But on my phone, I can’t even get past it opening, within 3-4 seconds it crashes. I can’t even make anything or browse templates without it crashing...what am I paying for exactly?

I like this App but, it always crashes for me every time I search for a photo. Though I have amazing templates and it is very easy to use I often find it lagging and I cannot add the photos I want without restarting my phone over and over again. And sometimes I can’t even add the photo I want. They better fix this cuz it’s getting super annoying.

Absolutely love this app. It’s so easy to create content. It’s changes the way stories are viewed and looked at. 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ from my part.
Just one thing..

The only thing that kept me from 5 stars is the inability to edit layers. I dragged a layer off the screen by accident and now I have to start my project all over.

I would give this a 3 star since I’ve only made one story- but the fact that I can’t fully use this app, since I can’t restore my purchase. I’ll give it a few days!
