I got Modulin about 2 or3 weeks ago. It works and sounds great on my I phone but I get no audio an my iPad. I've sent 2 requests for help to tech support but as of now I've heard nothing from the company. Disappointed.

This new synths has one of the cleanest and approachable designs I have ever seen. You can use it to learn about how modular synths work but it is a lot of fun to play as well. It also sounds great.

Purchase confirmed, did not install anywhere, waste of money, developer did not answer two emails. Edit: developer responded, his site had failed to forward, he is working the problems reported by many users, looking forward to his solution. Edit again: the Philharmodulin preset is now installed with many more instruments and sounding good. Don’t know where the octave shift is, or I might go to five stars.

As a beginner getting into synthesis, I found this app very helpful and entertaining. The explore section was an interesting way to discover analog synthesis. I also find the interface very intuitive and entertaining with the bendy strings. It sounds amazing and works great with my midi keyboard.

It introduces audio artifacts. The UI is a plain in the arse. Presets are bland. The app has no punch. No dynamics and sounds more like a toy. 99 cents is a good price. The add on is a waste of 99 cents as they sound weak and amateurish. A waste of two dollars is not a terroble waste though I definitely was not paying the original asking price. Of no real use but to kids playing around. I five it 2-stars since it has a fair tutorial on the aspects of a synth.
