There is always an error in my account that stop and freezes the credits (money) as a permanent bug, it is not removed by opening and closing or by re-downloading the app too, it is really annoying...??

Server was down for about a day and a half. Came back up and can’t get in gameplay. Guns that were purchased missing and premium GONE. Can’t even get technical help.Please tell me this is not just outright theft. I am calling American Express to report THEFT

Warning to anybody that wants to get this app.I spent over $100 on equipment and guns only to have everything removed when the company supposedly had an online issue. It was good while it lasted for about three months and this happened. what a joke

After the update they took half of my levels and all my purchases all my achievements and weapons and gear

This game used to be great but after the technical problem it took me back to level zero . They took all my 2000 gold away and my 50 k cash too . I tried to report the problem but it never allowed me to send my report that i wrote on their app . I used to like this game but after what happened i deleted it and so are all my friends that had the same issues since no one helped us get back out scores , gold, cash , trophies , weapons , shield ,.... !
