Neat app for youngsters

This app has really amazing graphics. Kudos to the designers for creating an engaging, interesting graphic display. I think the app does a great job of not being an "in-your-face" language-learning program. It's very subtle. You first learn a food in a different language then play a game with English instruction.

I hate to say it, but...

I just couldn't figure this app out. There weren't really any directions so I wasn't sure what I was supposed to do. I will be deleting it. ?

Fun for the kids!

Love how interactive it is! I recognize that it is important for kids to learn languages while they’re still young so this is a really good way to get them to learn something new while having fun at the same time. My kid loves the graphics and definitely retains the info this way - He’s been naming food items in the kitchen in different languages. How cute is that! Highly recommended.

Great Way To Punch Up My Food Vocab...

As a person who studies French and Italian in my spare time, I have to say I'm really loving Mochu's Kitchen. The gameplay is geared toward small children but isn't obnoxious in its design. The graphics are cute and the animation is well rendered. In terms of gameplay, the vocab is all food related-- you are asked to identify foods by their name within English, French, Italian or Spanish, then take them and feed them to a hungry bear who happens to be eating at your restaurant. The game throws more foods into the mix the longer you play and can get somewhat challenging even for an adult. I would certainly recommend the game to anyone preparing to travel, learn a foreign or anyone who is a parent with a small child trying to learn a second language. I only took off a star because the game is relegated to food related vocab. Bears will eat most anything-- why not throw in some none foods to amp up the challenge and offer a laugh? Just a minor suggestion-- otherwise, O wholeheartedly recommend Mochu's Kitchen.

Very educational

I am a really big fan of this app. It offers an educational experience that is hard to find. I use this app with my niece and encourage her to learn multiple languages. She loves playing on the app and has learned so many different words. It helps children learn really easily. The app is easy for the kids to use and it is safe for them to use without supervision. I'm very happy with the app.

My Toddler Loves It!

My little girl loves this app! It keeps her busy which is helpful, but it also teaches her. I love seeing how proud she is as she learns. It does require some parent help to get going, but my toddler for the hang of things quickly.
