Notes Disappear!!!

I had been using this app for years and have never had any problems. Until recently, a very important note disappeared. I had been keeping track of payments and now I don't know where I am on payments!! I contacted the support group and they advised me to the online site. I logged in and it only had notes from 2013!!! It had ZERO recent notes!!!!! I even verified that my notes sync is on and it is, but it still doesn't show up online! They were not able to help me retrieve my note! Very upset about that. I do not feel I can rely on them anymore. Downloading a new note app. This was your fair warning.

This app is really underrated. It's the best note taking app I've ever had and the only one I will continue using.
Sorting issue

I used to love this app, but lately it's started putting my most recent lists at the bottom of my folders and there's no way to fix it without manually sorting it. I wish there was a way to tell it to sort by most recent (day month and year, not just day and month)

I love this app, i use it for EVERYTHING. The one small thing i would like to request is the ability to duplicate notes. Sometimes i want to put notes into more than one folder or put different versions of notes into different folders. Duplication would be very useful. But overall, a great app
