Unclear sounds and disturbing calls

I have been using the app for about two years. It seems convenient, however when your balance get low the quality of calls decreases as well. Sometimes it suddenly cuts off. More annoyingly I have been recently informed by friends abroad that they receive calls from me and I have no ideas about it. This is seriously annoying, SOLVE it PLZ.

I even can't login to the website with my username password!! I have 25 dollars credit that I have paid to them but I can't use it!! Awful and very stupid application ?

For me i found this app is the best among other app it is doing the job satisfactorly and saving my mony But it is need updating and recharching via itunes store Thanks

I have been using this app successfully until recently it just stopped working. Now all my calls connect without a call tone then I can't hear anybody on the other line. Of course the credit evaporates with each call. Disappointed, I liked it.
Customer service is not helpful at all

I complained to customer service about the issues I'm having with this app. It used to work very well until weeks ago. I can't hear the call dialing or the person on the other end. I reported it and I was asked to uninstall and reinstall the app. I did and It didn't work. The so called customer service was defensive telling me to do what I was told to, that everyone else like this app and had no issues with it. Well, 2 star doesn't say a lot from people that love it. I have just rated it 1 star. How about that, for unhelpful customer care?
