My printer was not one that Mobile Toolz uses and my printer is new! I'm disappointed. I contacted someone for help. I was told to select a generic printer close to my printer. It didn't work. I'm tired of trying to make it work. Ten bucks down the drain.

Not to difficult to figure out how to use. Functions well once you learn to use it. Amazing functions. Fax cost is inexpensive compared to commercial fax cost. Worth the money. Extremely useful in business, medicine, and legal.

Can do it all while I'm away, can fax print even take word doc and they can mail the letter for you! Comes with free fax to try only down side is a little pricey...
