Was a good app til the update !!

The app worked just fine before the recent update. Now I can’t even see the names of the people because it’s all blacked out. And the pop up ads are very annoying !!! I’ll be deleting the app, as it’s no use to me now.

I can load it up and see pictures but names are blacked out as well as all information. It’s not doing it on my girlfriends phone. I’ve uninstalled and re downloaded and It’s been doing this for over a week now. Can’t get it to work right.

The latest update don’t work with iOS 13 dark mode. It blacks almost everything out. Had to switch back to light mode to see anything. Fix please!!

This app is THE DEVIL! Hasn’t properly worked in over a year, when I first downloaded the app I actually loved it but it seemed like every other month something in the app stopped working. First the mugshot wouldn’t show up, & now all the info is mixed up.. this app needs a lot of work and should be removed until it’s fixed.. I have to give it at least 1 star but it’s worth absolutely 0 stars!!!

Can read the list of names when the background is black while also the font is black.. would help if there were pictures........maybe you should try out your own product before releasing it???
Not compatible with dark mode

Since the most recent update, the app no longer works with dark mode because it makes all of the names black so you can’t read any names while scrolling through the app

Names are blacked. Doesn’t work correctly with dark mode. The pictures are so small, even with reading glasses it’s hard to see. Bummed with the last update. Please fix. Thank you
Can’t see charges

For some reason it’s only showing names and pictures but not charges or bond. Never had this problem before. Realllly Hope they fix it soon.

This used to be a decent app, but with every issue it seems to lose more functionality. The latest update has made it almost impossible to use with the iPhone dark mode. Hope to see an update soon that fixes this issue.

Ok- this app has been going great BUT now with this new update, when my iPhone is in dark mode- everything is blacked out! I cannot see who is listed in jail bc the screen is all black! Please fix it back to how it was!
