Needs many updates

I never really know when or if this app is going to work. It doesn’t load a lot of information that it’s supposed to display yet if I search online I can find the information by going to certain police departments websites. They also don’t update their inmates listings too often. And it never seems to send me notifications of anything relevant to my area going on that one would expect from this app. I obviously do not recommend anyone downloading this app.

Worked fine for a while (bout 6 months) & then all of a sudden won't let you sign in. I've tried everything. I tried to delete it & start over. Nothing works.
Server issues

Can rarely log on anymore. Always have a server error message pop up. Disappointing

It will connect once after installing. Once the app is closed, it won’t connect again unless deleted, phone restarted, reinstalled. Then same thing over again.

Here recently the app has been freezing up and not working causing me to completely exit and restart. Are there any updates coming?

Downloaded the app and can’t get past the tour whether I ‘try as a guest’ or register for an account. I’ve deleted and re-installed twice. Updated to iOS 11.2.5. Still not working. Contacted customer support via email three time over 48hrs with no response. Sent photos as well. Nothing. I wouldn’t waste you time with this app.
