I had no idea that I was being charged $8.99 a month. I want a refund. I couldn't figure out why my bill has been so much higher. Now I know why. Scam!!! I want my money back Apple!!!

I downloaded it and it didn't really work well, so I cancelled my trial within a day or two and then was still billed by them for a month. I contacted customer support and was told I needed to cancel my subscription and that there was Nothing they could do for me. I replied and showed them where it has been cancelled and told them I had already evens deleted the app. That was on 5/29, it is now 6/6 and I still have yet to receive any kind of response.

I downloaded this app yesterday and found it useless. Now I’m trying to cancel subscription before trial ends and you are making it impossible for me to do so. I have written a complaint to Apple. Hopefully I’m not charged for downloading this app.

I’ve been working with 3 senior Apple advisors that couldn’t help- even after creating a new Apple ID!! This app was my last hope. So far no problems after 1 week. With the Apple fixes, my iPhone and iPad didn’t even last 24 hours. No pop-ups, no delays, no lost web pages since I got the app. Cost was made very clear as of the date I purchased it. When you have the problems I had, you don’t mind paying it!!! Will review again in a couple of months.

Cancelled this app in 48 hrs, and still was charged $8.99. No way or link to cancel subscription at all. This will mess your app purchases up completely. There is no unsubscribe anywhere!
