I’ve never been able to get this app to work for me. All of my information is correct, but I get an error message every time. I’ve tried updating the app, creating a new passenger, everything. I cannot use it and the error message is too vague to pinpoint the issue.

Saved a TON of time in Chicago. Was through a customs BEFORE My bags were off the plane.

The app works as advertised. You scan your passport and don’t have to fill out a form. But I’ve used it twice while returning from international travel in Fort Lauderdale and it has taken an hour longer than the paper forms have each time. They just don’t have the technology or man power or something yet. I asked one customs officer about it and he said “I don’t know anything about it - I just have to listen to all of your $#&!..” Hopefully the future of travel, but a big fail for the airports readiness.
Worked well for me in Atlanta.

Just got back to Atlanta today - came from Mexico. Went to the Mobile Passport line and it had 5 people ahead of me & my wife. We got through the line in less than 10 minutes. There were 3 other separate sections (or maybe it was 4) of “regular” lines and each was packed with dozens of travelers. I’m not sure how long it took folks to get through but those lines were moving at a similar pace to the much shorter Mobile Passport line - so I’ll estimate it took 30-45 minutes - maybe longer.
A must have!

The customs line would have taken us 2 hours if we didn’t use mobile passport - was extremely user friendly and easy to use and takes about 4 minutes of your time at best. Would absolutely recommend for traveling back into the US

Out of my international flight through customs and to my cab in less than 30 mins! 0 people in the Mobile Passport line! Highly recommended as it saves time for everyone.
