Terrible Queues

Fix the queues and for classic and ranked. People are either losing their rates or discarding the game because of this. It needs a balance!

The gameplay is addictive, they regularly add new characters, playing more often you learn the game better so do not be discouraged when you first start and die a lot. Once you find a few characters that work with you the game gets more and more fun.

I was about to buy the Ruby pack that should be the skin and the hero but when I bought it only the hero I received so I can’t use it! Maybe try to change the way you sell these. I love the game so I bought from it but if this continues, I think I’ll try other ways
