I recently downloaded this app on my iPad but I already have an exiting account. It’s making me go through a whole new account and not letting log on to my older one where I have all of my purchases. Will remain one star till fixed

Game Crash: Not reconnecting to game

After we won our ranked game, the game suddenly prompted “Network connection failed. Reconnecting...” the result of our match got lost. Still unable to connect to the game after re-starting more than 5 times. It will just keep saying that it’s reconnecting. This game has been getting a lot of crashes recently resulting to lost data after a match which is unfair. You give rewards to make up for it but it does not compensate the loss in stats. Seems like you can’t find a solution to end the crashing, just quick remedies that are useless. People spend money on your game so it’s frustrating to get such poor quality. The more people make accounts and play the game, the more this game fails to deliver.

I love this game. Really good and entertaining. The only reason I don’t give 5 stars is because of the constant lag. I understand when the Wi-fi is bad, but it also happens when the game says I’ve got good signal, so please try to improve that. One more thing: you should make it so that you can’t start a classic or ranked game if the ping is too high or unstable. It’s really annoying when people go AFK due to connection issues. Thank you in advance, and keep up the good work.

First the game is good but regarding afks, even you lost the match still they deduct star. Even you play good but 4vs5 because one of your team mate is afk still deduct a star. Second why match a group of people with high skill and low skill. Just suggestion it should be depends on winrate and emblem level should be matching. Or if he is a Grandmaster 4 only match with grandmaster 4 rank. So stupid matching really. Improve the game dudes
