Ive been playing for around 2 years and today they tried to hack into my parents bank account and steal $100

This game is amazing, and so easy to get addicted. I love most of the characters, enjoy the gameplay. I don’t even mind the rank matches when new players play because I like to give new people a chance to show their skills. There’s merely one main issue.... the f&$king lagging! Like my WiFi will be completely linked and on high, yet suddenly I’m in the middle of a match and end up dead which hurts the team and makes us lose. I’m pretty sure it’s the game for how long I’ve been playing now. So honestly if there’s one thing keeping this game from being the best appwise, then the random freezeing up/ lags are the reason. Again love the game but if they do not fix that stupid lagging issue then I will just drop the app and never look at it again.

AFKS, Bad Players and Unfair Match Up

Too many bad players and especially AFKS who doesn't care about winning. This is very frustrating in rank. The Match Up system is a very big CHEAT. The system will automatically match you with low level ranks.

Flood with noobs and bad players

This game is fun and real challenging MOBA to play with friends when it’s released. But now, the servers are full of noobs and useless and bad players with bad sportsmanship even at Legends rank. I strongly suggest you to sort out those players and make a separate server for them and let them as noobs as they can be there. And there are also an Indonesian players those uses some sort of cheating applications to make their opponents go crazy or making themselves very impossible to kill. Unless those things improved, this game doesn’t even deserves a single star.

Why do you have to be level 8 to sign back into your account?

I think that you should be able to sign into your own account at any time because you seem to lose all your progress at any time and it takes time to get back to level8

I've been playing the past 3 months. It's so addicting! I love Freya. With her, I claim victory on my team, ALWAYS!! Please make the skins cheaper though. Update Idea's : Pets, Weapon Shop, Cheaper Skins & gems and coins, Voice chat maybe? Also, make name change free. ( 3 times every 3 months)

When your enemy has the op champions you know you’re dead. The part that you nerf the “not op”champions but not nerf Pharsa,Lesley, Martis and etc... the game is no fun and the team always kill the front champion but not kill the champions that are OP and annoying. Please nerf the champions because you guys are stupid to make a champions with stuns and that’s literally every single new champions you made.
