The game is great

I’ve been playing ML ever since mid-2017. Why did I only put four stars? Well. You guys constantly keep making new heroes. I’ve been waiting more than almost a year for you guys to fix the lag and the afk system. I keep getting matched up with people who go afk early game. I’m a grandmaster and I want to get to epic but how if I keep getting these noob teammates and teammates who feed or go afk. Anyways, the heroes are great and it’s fun. Just please fix the lag.
Decent game but with a lot of easy heroes

The game is fine the gameplay is okay. What ruins the game are heroes that are just easy to use and are over powered like leslie or Saber. Honestly this game is team based but if you are in Elite...dont even expect to get out of there until 3 days later when you rank up once from 2/4 stars to get one elite 2. Not a fair game...needs a lot of nerfing.

The amount of matches that someone goes AFK is utterly ridiculous. I keep trying to come back to this game, but it doesn’t get better.
Hacking and stupid logic system

Whenever you report someone who is hacking, they never fix it. They always send an report email and then thats it. If it were people being afk it would be dealt with already. This game does nothing about their stupid logic system. When you and your team are about to slay the lord an enemy unit comes out of nowhere and somehow gets the last hit then they get to use the lord while your team just gets knocked out. Also about the afk punishment. It is just plain stupid. The punishment is more like a tiny warning than an actual punishment.

Bots or AI in game

Why the community have to put bots or AI in the classic game, when I play classic most of the times my team was Afk or feeding and when I report they only -2 to -4 credit points, so they still can play the game and they still afk so how are we gonna play in the normal classic game, maybe the game just don’t have enough players so they put bots in to replace or maybe the community worries that we wins too much, please try to fix this it really ruining the experience of the new players.

As i said above, this application is truly uncompleted with multiple bugs and error. Lets just start from the stability of this game itself. I’m using IPHONE X and (it should be good enough to support just any game) within the wifi covered area and with good connecting to the internet. But what makes me truly mad is how-come it will still lag while i was in game or just in the home page of the app? The internet connection showing i always in in the area of 100+ms, and it just became much more worst when i in game. It will completely stuck and disconnect by itself and most importantly is it wouldn’t able to reconnect even i wait for it or i change to data. It is really made me felling mad since i just wanna enjoy the game and relax. Secondly, the responding of the button in the game is miserable, it doesnt respond when u first click to the skill button and release the skill even the flash when you press on the button is activated. I need to tapping on the button for multiple times to just doing one single step. Could you learn from the other similar games or just fix this?? It made people very frustrated for this. And just want to know how could/ will the developer of this app leave such a huge problem for the current users of this fascinating game and dare to introduce to more people with so much advertisement done. Hope you will give me a reply or made some improvement shortly. Thank you. I’m just to share my experience and opinion of using/playing this game with friends around the world, mean no offend and just want to have an excellent gaming!!!
