Mobile Guardian's safe browser offers web filtering to prevent kids encountering inappropriate and distressing web content such as pornography, violence, hate speech or other adult themed content. Filter web content by categories, blacklists and whitelist; plus safe search ensures search results are OK for kids. Mobile Guardian will block inappropriate web traffic and you’ll send you an alert by text or email. Mobile Guardian logs which sites your kids are visiting so you can learn about how they are using the internet.
The timetable for the web browser allows you to limit your child’s web use of the iPhone, iPad or iTouch to ensure they don’t stay up all night online, have a technology break before going to bed, or use the device inappropriately – like at school or church. Exceptions can be set – we call these VIP sites – to allow your child to access school-approved sites in the classroom.
Location services allow you to locate your child or a missing device and also gives you a historical overview of where your child has been.
Please note: Continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life.
The Mobile Guardian service works over mobile data connections, home wifi and public wifi to ensure your child is always safe from harm and dangerous content.
An online dashboard allows you to manage all your Mobile Guardian protected devices from a single location. Mobile Guardian's timetable does not control Application usage.
The Mobile Guardian service has little impact on battery life or data consumption and won’t interfere with the running of the device.

I love this app, the only thing that could make it better would be screenshot support. Otherwise this is a great app for kids or even for personal accountability. Can’t say enough good about it. Being able to control all of the settings remotely is a big plus.
Doesn't Work and No Support

This app is great in concept but a total failure in execution. Spent way too much time trying to configure settings and VIP list- but was UNABLE to get any of that to work (and I do consider myself a tech saavy person). Sent off an email to support to get some help and it's been 2 days with no response. And unfortunately, I purchased a one year subscription thinking that would unlock some of the settings I was struggling with- but to no avail- this was not the problem. Also- noticed today in the main dashboard of the app that it hasn't even synced with my son's phone in 2 days. Save your money and time- look elsewhere for another app.

Mother unhappy with ap
After issues (drained battery and mobile guardian being blocked by mobile guardian alerts) from what I can only assume was an update we tried contacting for support. Only received automatic replies. Don't waste your $!!
