The app will not even let me login. It is as though it does not recognize touch input. I have tried on several devices.

Good app but you should be able to login with your fingerprint like other bank apps

Trying to open mobile app but couldn't due to the fact that I couldn't remember the name of street I lived on 10 yrs ago. Probably not going to keep my bank account!!!

I don't know what changed but for some reason I can't log into the app. Never had any issue before. I deleted the app and reinstalled and it still didn't fix the issue.

This is the worst banking app I’ve used hands down. The money it shows in my account is wrong most of the time and I get locked out every week and can’t log in because you have to call support and it’s closed.

I get locked out at least every week and when I unlock my account it locks me out again. It’s very frustrating because it doesn’t recognize my advice so I have to set a new password I prob won’t remember. Which leads to me not ever knowing my password because I have changed it so many times.

Please show account numbers in the app after I’ve renamed the account. It’d be nice to have the human readable name + the acct number displayed together. Update for iOS 13: Now, on 13, the font has gone crazy to some sort of serif one. It also needs to support dark mode please! These are fairly straightforward fixes. I’m an iOS Developer - please contact me, I can help get this app updated for iOS 13!

Shows it supports Face ID but tells me it is not authorized on my profile. No way to turn it on in the app.

I’ve used this app for a few years now, and basically every single time I’ve tried to deposit a check through the app it says it can’t read the check. So I’ll retake the picture, get better light, etc etc, and most of the time it’ll eventually work but there have been TOO MANY times where it just keeps giving me an error message when it can definitely read the check. Please fix this.
