I love this highly addicting game, however, when they run special events- almost every weekend- the game crashes ALOT!!!! Today it even crashed while loading! Or just after loading before I get to do anything. I'm lucky today if I get ten seconds of playing time before it crashes! I'm an extremely patient person, but this crashing is way beyond normal. I have 1-2 GB of space on my phone, and all other programs are closed. It's not an issue with my phone's memory. I've stopped buying things because I'm not giving them any of my money when their product doesn't work and they're not putting the money I gave them back into the game to handle high loads of usage for their special events.

First if I could give no stars I would. I feel robbed. I like this game it just keeps taking from my plots before I can harvest. Takes my finished crafts as I collect them them. I go and check to see how many I have and it shows me zero Please fix bugs. I will redo my review after that and put five stars. It's a great game. Addicting and I play all day every day. I am a level 28. I've only played for like three days i'm planning to continue playing as long as you fix the bugs.

Constantly crashes! Not worth the purchases I made. Very disappointed, because this was a lot of fun to play. Can't get it to stay open past a few seconds.

Love this game! My only request would be an easier way to rearrange the island. An example: Clash of Clans. They make it to where you can put everything into an "inventory" so that the player may rearrange all buildings and decorations.

I really like this game but the visiting traders have left and not come back for weeks. One of my pets disappeared. Maui keeps having quests from visiting traders but no traders so I have to skip. There have not been any updates, bug fixes for over a month. The response from tech support didn't fix the problem and they have never replied to my response that it did work. I'm probably going to give up and delete the game.

I'm a huge fan of the movie and I've been playing this game since it launched. I'm no stranger to farming/resource management games but there's something extra fun about this one. Crashes are an issue, but for me they're infrequent and don't interfere with the gameplay too much. It seemed like there was a storyline with an octopus demigod; I'd like to see where that goes. And I can't wait for the new trade islands to be unlocked! If I had a long shot wish it would be to work Tamatoa the crab into this game somehow, but either way I'm having fun. Please update soon!

Just upgraded to the new iPhone and realized I will lose all my progress. Level 51, all characters max leveled and actual money spent. Don’t waste your time. I played this game for a long time and to lose all of it because the maker does not offer a backup is horrible. Don’t waste your time. Loved this game too.

So the game has tons of crashes, I've seen other reviews mentioning it so I won't go into much detail but it usually happens for me when doing an event or farming. My second biggest issue is The lack of updates, all of my characters are maxed out and so are my pets, I've bought all the buildings and farm items and unlocked all islands to travel. so I'm basically just getting coins to buy more land. Which is super super super SUPER expensive. Too expensive for a children's game; I can't imagine any child waiting to spend 1 million coins for a piece of land the size of your thumb. Now I'm not a kid, but I do enjoy this game and creating items since I love the movie. I wish the creators would just update soon. I'm also tired of spending money on the game since it seems to be going no where (lack of updates) and also the jade is pretty expensive. I get that it is how the game makes money but it just seems like a lot of money for little Jade. ALSO, please add something that will allow me to delete decorations, I did not know I couldn't until I had added everything to my island and realized I didn't like it and then when I went to delete I couldn't! Thanks!! But all that is negative, I would just like to say I really love the game I love the characters I love the tiny little storylines I love that I can click on characters and have them say something to me I like to do all the cool craft thing that it allows I like to trade, etc.
