Worst App For Mma

Had this app for years then all of sudden they refer you to there web site. Once they updated there app now they don't want to give you news only through they're web site. Now I have to delete it because it is just taking up space. Rather use something else that actually works for what I download it for. Go back to how it was then I'll read from you again. Don't download useless app!

I'm a huge MMA fan, who likes to read the upcoming news. I would use MMA Torch and MMA Junkie. Before I preferred Torch, but now since all the new changes, it got too confusing and complicated. Don't use Torch, it's too complicated.

This app was at one point the best ...sadly now they just give you headlines and tell you to go to their website...not the same

They say they want to improve it..... It's crap now. Why have an app that gives partial news and story and then say head to our online page???? Oh wait, marketing. Thanks MMA Torch, you lost a long time reader, and I'm sure I'm not the only one.

I have to agree with other recent reviewers and say this app is no longer functional other than a link. Many years using this app but need a new one now. The mobile site is horrible and doesn't have the same user interface that made it great. Bad call on the redesign and lost reader due to it
Big Big Big Mistake
Free apps all day
A once amazing and cohesive source for everything I cared to know about the world of mma is now a waste of space on my phone. Me and my friends would check his app several times a day and have great discussion about the topics. I would wake first thing in the morning to check the results of fights I missed. When stuck at work I relied on their updates to keep me informed about round by round action. But now this app is (gonna take it back to the old school).... Whack!!!! What an egregious error in judgment taking the app and website in the direction they did. Ask yourselfs MMA Torch 1.) will this new format attract more users? 2.) will we keep our loyal users with this new format? 3.) will we loose users as a result of the new format. 4.) outside of our "yes" men and inner circle, is this app becoming more or less relevant? Several other apps offer what the torch use to offer so I've made the switch, but man what a shame! Booooooooooooo!!!!

So I figured with the outpour of hatred for the new format it would have gone back to the best mma app that it was. Nope, now just a waste of space, and time when I check back once and a while to see if has quit sucking.

I wrote an earlier review saying this app was good, but here's my current review. This app used to be awesome. They used to have everything right there on the app. With this "new layout" or whatever, they don't tell you crap. You have to go to their new mobile site. On top of that, their mobile sight is riddled with advertisements and keeps refreshing back to the top of the list every time I back out if an article. Don't bother with this app. Instead, just go follow ufc and Ariel Helwani on twitter. r.i.p mmatorch app...
