iPhone XR with the latest version of IOS. I flip through the show me screens and then will not load and will crash every time. Dead application.

App opens and pop up states that the app uses a lot of data and asks if you want to sync and the only option listed is "no" and the "no" option doesn't work when you touch the word no.

5/2017 I load this for the first time; the limited selection of Riverstone 'Quartz' pics are in tact, but there are NO 'high resolution' laminate pics. The solid surface picture selection is fairly extensive (though I think a couple were missing). I wanted to "zoom in" on some of the stone details, it seems like it would be possible (the picture is of good enough quality) but that doesn't seem to be an option...disappointing. I did not try the sample ordering, or explore other screens :/ It was very disappointing to NOT have the laminate patterns available in pictures, let alone detailed pics. Those photos/patterns are never-changing, and readily available...unlike natural stone where I could understand it being more difficult to produce a "standard sample" photograph. So...no excuse there.

Don’t waste your time with this poorly executed app. I probably wasted more time trying to get it to work than they did in developing this app.
Convenient, but a bit off

All the finishes for each respective material of countertop are here, but replicating the material on an electronic device is much like replicating it on a piece of paper; there's enough of a difference to notice. The app does keep updated with new colors that are released, however, which is nice. Perhaps the color difference lies in the fact that all the colors are literally under your phone's led light when displaying, but I've noticed that no matter how much you adjust brightness, the color just doesn't match up. The remedy of this, of course is to simply order samples online, which you can do from the app or your countertop provider and that will be the actual material. That in my opinion is the best option if you have the time to wait for it to ship and aren't sure if that's what you want. Unfortunately, although the app is laid out efficiently and with enough features to make it worthwhile, I have to bring it down to 3/5, simply because it's primary purpose is not completely useful.
