Once I get to 5 homruns the pitcher throws outside inside up and low extremely inconsistent and very frustrating
Is it batter vs ballpark or batter vs pitcher?

I downloaded this game about three months ago and I usually play it while my 5 year old son watches over my shoulder. It’s one of the most inconsistent games I’ve ever come across. Not only that, but the game plays like a casino machine. The whole goal of the pitcher in a HR derby is to serve up as many HR pitches as possibly. Not this game. The pitchers in this game are out to keep you from hitting HRs. Rising pitches that end up near the very top of the strike zone, breaking balls that go low and outside, curveballs that go high and inside...these would be pitches all reserved for an actual baseball game, but shouldn’t be included in a HR derby game. And the tournament mode is absolutely absurd. Unless you buy a boost (which you can just with earned coins, and not real money) like one of the different levels of power boosts, you don’t stand a chance. And even then, the game cheats. In the tournament I finished just a few minutes ago, I started off nice and consistent and quickly took a 6-2 lead within the first 30 seconds of the 4 minute match. Then the inconsistency kicked in and I received three straight unhittable pitches. Over the next 30 seconds I noticed my opponent’s score hadn’t hit any HRs, so I felt fairly comfortable that I’d have an opportunity to win as long as the pitches were consistent. Then on my very next pitch, my opponent’s score changed from 2 to 8. Really? His score jumped up by 6 HRs in the time it took my pitcher to throw me one pitch? I quickly hit two more HRs to time him at 8-8, but then the inconsistency kicked back in, and over the last 2 minutes of the match, I was only able to hit two pitches IN THE AIR, both of which were HRs. Meanwhile, my opponent cruised to an easy 15-10 victory thanks in part to the miraculous 6 HRs he hit in a 2 second timeframe. Oh, and I can’t thank the wide variety of offspeed, breaking, and impossible-to-hit-pitches my pitcher threw me the last half of the match. Overall I’m giving the game a single star. Not only has this game been designed to get people to spend real money, but the free baseball “card packs” you get are filled with what I can only describe as garbage, as the payouts for even the gold level packs are filled with the same players over and over again.

After the update to 6.4 the multiplayer games find an opponent about 20% of the time. The other 80% he game just searches endlessly without ever finding an opponent. This never happened prior to the update. Also the multiplayer game still hangs up at the end about 10% of time forcing me to quit and lose the match even if I’ve won it. That’s just great. Please fix the game

You can never hit homeruns they cheat they don’t know how to play they are the stupidest inventors of a game ever they aren’t worth crap they are stupid people and water their time on a stupid game

Game could be so good but is not! Home run derby yet the pitchers are trying to strike you out! But the worst thing is if someone gets a phone call or loses service or whatever... you lose! That’s it! Why do I have to wait like 45 mins for someone to come back to the game?! If I was in an actual competition and I left... I lose! Games whack
Update 6.0.4 - Problem in Multiplayer Mode

Since the 6.0.4 update, I’m able to play and win card packs in Multiplayer Mode but my distance isn’t being tracked / added up after each tournament game. As a result, I haven’t been able place in the daily tournament and win card packs for finishing in Tier 1, Tier 2, etc.

The game is pretty fun, but since you need coins to buy boosts - it’s incredibly frustrating for you to lose the 1200 coins or so for an active boost when you play head to head, and your OPPONENT has technical issues and you lose the boost? Ridiculous... when you go to “contact” from the the Help area, your question never goes anywhere - it says the connection was lost every single time. Really - don’t spend a dime on this game and move on...

It would be better if all of the ballparks were free to play, I get it, they need to make money but that’s really pushing it
