Freezes at the Hint page

Once I select either Arcade or Derby mode, it shows me hints over and over again without going to my selection. I told support about this two months ago and nothing except asking what iOS version I am on, no follow up to me since I made them aware.
Fun Game Most Days - Not Fun At All Others

Look, I play this game a lot more than I truly have time to. Tournament Mode is challenging and addicting! Opening card packs makes me feel like I’m a kid again. Still, there are things I wish were different but can live with; like I wish Gold Packs came up more often when you win in Tournament Mode, packs didn’t cost so much to open early, and more equipment cards were included in packs. Things cost too much, some of the bats are outrageously expensive and $5 for Ballparks is crazy. Still, none of that takes the fun out of the game. One out of every six days, when Tournament Mode is in the AL East Ballparks, the game isn’t fun anymore. It’s evident that nobody wants to play when they’re in either of the “dome” ballparks. Balls that would be HR’s in every other ballpark, aren’t because they hit the roof, or a beam below the roof. The whole day games cancel before they start. A box pops up that’s says it’s because the other user had a “network” issue but really it’s because someone hit pause and quit the game. It takes me 13-14 games to get into Tier 1 and on AL East day, I have 30-40 games cancel. It’s really frustrating! I ask you to please consider either removing the roof, beam, etc. from impeding HR’s or remove those two ballparks in tournament mode. Thank you!

The biggest problem is in the head to head tournament. If the other person falls behind, they can just quit the game to avoid taking the loss and your game is stuck until you forfeit. Shows the absolutely do not care about the player experience. Don’t waste your time.

Like this game but it is a little hard for me to get the home run and the game is awesome and addictive

TRASH!!! This game is absolutely terrible whenever you try to hit the ball you hit a grounder. THIS GAME IS HORRIBLE!!!
Can’t play tournament mode

Fun but can only play online Vs other people one time. Every other time keep get the “server time out error 10001” message
Too hard to figure out

I bought a better hitter and can’t figure out how to use him. App support returns an error message. Very frustrating.
