Background Play and DVR?

Please, please, please, add play stream in the background and record and watch stream in DVR mode! Two huge features that could make this app a 5 star rating! Please and thank you!

I don’t like how you can’t play in the background. Other than that it’s good.
Issues

1.) I’m receiving notifications for streams hours after the stream actually begins. Please fix this! 2.) Need an option to turn off all the special effects in channels (gifs, beach ball games, etc) 3.) Need an option to allow streams to continue playing in the background (close the app) 4) Emotes are too small
