The sound over the phone is not working in IPhone 4c. I need either Bluetooth connection or audio input cable to a speakers to be heard. All other spuds works properly. Please fix it. Thanks.

I pay for a monthly subscription and it never work and commercial kept coming on my ph. I try to contact them and they never answer
