I’m so sad.

I’ve used this app before with no problems. However, my password has been forgotten and can’t be reset. The link to enter my email address does work, but I never received an email to reset it. Too bad bc the app is great when it works.

My car’s transmission was broken and I needed a tow, requested the service through Mitsubishi road side and they assigned a local tow company, the eta 90 mins. I was on the car at the busy intersection for 120 mins, tried to contact both of them ( Mitsubishi and the local company) they said I needed to wait ( the local company which I believe is alternative towing inc in Boston never answer the phone) I called them after 120 mins and they said they can not call the towing company?! So they assigned me another local company and the eta was 90’ again. Such a terrible service, look like they don’t know how to run a business. By the way, the Mitsubishi Outlander is a terrible car also. 7 times recall, bad suspension, expensive parts.


Can’t Log In

Been trying to log in for over “230 days” (from what the app reminds me everyday). Tried resetting my password but it doesn’t return a code. & can’t register over again because it states that I’m already registered. No one to call at that. What’s the point of this app but to take my information?

My transmission went out and I needed roadside assistance that is covered under the warranty. The roadside assistance service through this is absolutely horrendous. They called twice to get my information and location. I had to call Mitsubishi directly to get the service dispatched because both dispatchers that called failed to do their only job. It took an hour for them to dispatch service. And the service they dispatched was 45 minutes away. And the dispatchers that called were both incredibly dim witted and slow.


Can’t Log In

I have been trying to log into my roadside assistance account on the app, but it won’t let me. I have done forgotten password and it says it will send me a link, but it never does. Checked all my email folders (spam, junk, etc) and nothing. They don’t even have a customer service number to call if you are having technical difficulties. I called the regular customer service number and the agent doesn’t even have good customer service skills. They all talk dull and don’t seem be enthused to even be talking to you or to solve your problem. I hate Mitsubishi.


There is no APP suport

I tried to register my car, but my email address was already in the system and it did not allow me So i tried to login, but it did not recognized the password. I click on Reset password, but i never received the code in any of my email folders I called mitsubishi motor, but they can not help with the issue on the application

I have had issues logging into my account for over 6 months. The app one day logged me out and I have not been able to log in since. I am able to log into the website on computer but app does not work I have called many numbers and no one knows how to help terrible service. If you see this I need assistance ASAP.

I learned to not contact Mitsubishi roadside help. I called for a flat tire on a busy highway. An automated voice took my information. No one ever showed and I did not get any updates. I waited 50 min and called my own wrecker for assistance. I waited afterwards to see if they gave any updates. 3 days later crickets from Mitsubishi. I would still be out on the road if I waited for them. Just imagine if I had been in a strange area in which I did not know anyone to call. I could have been killed out there. We pay way too much money for these crappy cars to be promised perks like this and don’t get results!


Stop sending me notifications!!!!

This app sends me notifications 5-6 times a day to activate and/or log in. It won’t let me do it. Since I can’t log in and the forgot password doesn’t work I can’t change the setting to stop notification. What a pain!
