I downloaded this game on 2 different Devices when I got to pvp it fails on both please fix now

I can't even finish the tutorial bc it's always crashing when I try playing PvP

Game keeps crashing on first pvp battle for the last week and a half. Getting annoyed a lot. U fix this issue and I change rating. I deleted some stuff off my iPad hoping it would play but guess what,it hasn't! Fix it please
