I’ve had my misfit right now for six months now and I absolutely love it. It has every single feature I was looking for at a competitive price. Their customer service is phenomenal and they are very responsive. About two months ago my alarm feature stopped Working and after several attempts I finally submitted a ticket about a month ago. I just learned this morning that the new download should correct it. It did. It’s worth every penny!

Can’t set up the Ray

I recently got a ray. Excited I paired it up with my iPhone. In the middle of setting up, it said it could not successfully update the Ray set up. I deleted the app, reinstalled it and started all over again but it stopped after it locates the wearable device. So still my account stopped at the finding device page and can’t move on! Disappointed! Is it so hard to use??

Every time I update this app it gets worse and worse. It’s completely worthless now because it times out and crashes every time it syncs my Shine. :( Love this tracker- HATE this app.

Sometimes I sleep only a few hours then I get up my Misfit knows I’m up and when I go back to sleep start tracking my sleep again love it

Still can’t get this to sync with the iPhone X. Have to use my 6 then they sync thru iCloud. ?

I have been using my shine2 for a year or so. It was simple and reliable. I now have iOS 11.1.2 and if I can get it to work at all it may last a day then I have to delete the device from the app and from Bluetooth. Then delete the app, reinstall and start over for another day. Not worth it. My wife got me another brand and it works well but I still like the thinness, light weight design of the shine2. I hope they can fix the problem.
