Just stopped working

Initially for the first few days everything was great except when it would stop in the middle of a workout to reload or get stuck. Then all of a sudden one day ... my machine stopped working. Now there are two men here and the new one won’t even start up which is a little concerning. It’s not the outlet bc they were able to use the outlet for their power drill. I was really looking forward to having this Mirror here to motivate me to workout with my kids. Although Customer Service has been great, the machine itself has been disappointing.

This was an early Xmas gift. Already having trouble connecting with my home Wi-fi. Customer Service is basically leaving a message and then someone calling you back in less than 1/2 hr only to tell you to wait another couple of days for an email telling you another contractor will be in touch. After 4 days, nothing. I’m feeling like this was a mistake. Peloton was so much easier and the service outstanding. This company may have launched a product without much customer service consideration and preparation for tech glitches. Its like anything new. Wait for the bugs to be repaired, and then purchase!

I can’t even connect to the mirror. The app is clearly not done. Spent 1500 on a piece of hardware that was rushed out. Really disappointed

Great workouts, and I feel stronger whether it’s a 15, 30, or 45 min workout. Such a creative ideas, and one of the best purchases I’ve made.

This think is a godsend. I actually work out now! My roommate and I even do it together sometimes. It’s well worth it and the classes feel personalized. Could not recommend more!

The app says you need a MIRROR account to log in, fine. I go to the site, and there's nowhere to make an account. The app has nothing like that either. The thing isn't mine, I'm visiting my mom who has it. But does it have an instruction manual or something? How do I make an account?????

I love my Mirror. I’ve had it a few months now and they continue to add to the app experience to make it better, now with more options to share your workouts. Live classes are fun, great content on demand. Quality of the barre classes is on par with any studio I’ve gone to (I did over 100 at Pure Barre plus many at Dailey Method) and the instructors are motivating and easy to follow. Not to mention it’s at home, low footprint, and classes are in 15, 30, 45 or 60 minute increments- so no excuses!

I’m living for my Mirror and the Mirror App! Love being able to stream whatever kinds classes I want and have the App customize what I’m looking for in real time! The Live classes are awesome and I love that I can sync my heart rate monitor to the App. Makes me feel like I’m really getting the most out of my workout.
