Erases my progress for no reason

First let me say this game is very fun. I’ve spent hours on it and actually had to stop myself from sinking more hours in one sitting. However, after getting 2 of the exclusive characters and many other S tier characters, the game seemingly erases my data. When I opened the app, the game would not let me login without creating an account with the game. And when I did, my progress was gone. Very frustrating because this is one of the few gacha games that had me hooked.

I really like the game there’s a lot to do it it, but there’s too much loading time. Every couple of seconds it will stop and say loading. I feel like I’m waiting for it to load more than I’m actually playing. If they can fix that problem I would give it more stars. I don’t even know what it’s loading. Update: they fixed the loading problem and their events were pretty good but there’s an issue with the summoning, I chose to summon with tickets but it took my gems instead and this happened a few times already could you fix this problem and refund my gems I have a lot of tickets still to summon. Thanks. Update: the gems were never refunded and when I bought my daily gems it had an error and the message said to send a screenshot to the customer service to get it resolved but there is no customer service. Get you act together.
