MiniMod Food Terminology

e Skills Minimod Food Terminology, Safety and Sanitation has been developed to help students practice and master food service terminology, safety and sanitation essential to the vocational curriculum and work in the food industry. It has been carefully aligned with the new Core Curriculum State Standards. Students can play in either practice mode or game mode. The game mode is a bingo-like game.
