My daughter is obsessed with this app and she's been doing her chores more because she loves checking her to-dos off so much! I think it has made her a bit of a control freak since she has everything you can think of as a to-do on her phone, but I don't mind as long as she is happy.

I am the Office Manager for a busy real-estate office. On my phone or computer I have nearly instant access, accessible using multiple indexing I've created. I created a subdivision map that I often update re: price changes, status, and new listings. MinimaList lets me delete old map quickly and import new-updated map. I pay a little each month for their paid version.

Such a great inter-company communication tool. I'm using this awesome app to manage my small business top to bottom, from purchasing to scheduling installation. I highly recommend using the # symbol in front of job or purchase order #'s. This will give you an additional layer of organization. The beautiful thing is, most of my employees now have this app on their phone and enjoy, and see the value in using it.

Changed my life around since its so amenable to implementing GTD system on top of it. There are some extra features that are needed for recurring scheduling to batch capability of existing calendaring apps but I'm sure that will be added in due course.

MinimaList turned me into an efficient and organized person. Seriously. I started using it early after it was first released. Each morning I start my day by arranging items in Minimalist forwarded from my email accounts. I give every item a due date and categorize it. Then I get to work. It takes the burden off my working memory and lets me focus on one task at a time letting Minimalist worry about will need to be done later. Nothing slips through the cracks as long as I stick to the system and I get everything done much faster — and better.

I was close to paying for OmniView and this does almost everything that does and it has alarm & reminders. The minimal pop up reminders are awesome and the option the get an email with overdue tasks is also incredibly useful as secondary set of reminders. I can work on my Mac or remotely from my IPhone.

And finally settled on MinimaList. Been using it for about 3 months and absolutely love it. The tasks are super easy to update, delegating work, and sharing information is just awesome and to top it off the print out option is perfect. Really really love this app I hope it doesn't go away.

The best part is that you can add to your lists on any of your devices and the info is there when you want to check it on another of your devices. ie: grocery item you think of while at work, work to-do's you think of for Monday morning while your at the beach. Best app ever.
