Previous reviewers said it crashes right away. Not for me. (iPhone 6) It is really cool and the layout is very simple and streamlined. I'm guessing the crashes are due to something else. It really is nice and works well. If you like this make sure you also check out the moog app. :)

Never really played with actual synths and this is making me feel like I might want one. For three bucks this is a really awesome app
Closes immediately

As other reviewers have said, the app closes immediately as soon as you touch a key. Fix it or give me my money back!

I use EHX products in real life quite frequently and have always been impressed by their intuitive interfaces and versatility. Unfortunately this synth app is neither. It is slow to respond, lacks a piano roll, which would make the speed issue less of a problem.

I wanted to like this, I really did. Unfortunately the audio quality is just ok and the level seems low. The biggest issue though is the fact that there is very audible constant crackling the whole time I'm playing the synth. It's even crashed a couple times on my iPhone 7 Plus already and I've only had it not even a full day. Not what I have come to expect from anything carrying the Electro-Harmonix name.

I really want to like this app, but there are some audio engine issues on my iPhone 6s - lots of high frequency crackles on all of the presets make it unusable for anything serious, and unpleasant for anything playful.
