Is this a new version of the old mini OBD II app? It doesn’t scan my car. I have a check engine light on and it lets me clear it but it does not tell me what the code is. The old app worked fine.
This new version isn’t reading any data for my truck, the old app worked fine, it reads my friends truck just fine but won’t give me any data...not sure what happened
Not sure if it’s because there was and Apple update to my phone, or if there was an update on the app. But, once the update happened, I received and error stating that it was no compatible. Not sure what to do now. I purchased 4 of them, and none of them work.
It didn’t come with any instructions and will not pair to my iPhone says OBD II is not supported and I have a 2016 Ford Explorer I sent them three email and they and they never replied back
Software will not download to phone. An evaluation of the product is not possible at this time.
This software doesn't work, it won't complete initial user login. The Module is fine and is fully WIFI OBD2 compliant. Load the app InCarDoc from the store. It will log right on after you connect your phone to the listed WIFI. First you plug in this module and then start the car. The module name "WIFI OBD2" will pop up on your phone's WIFI list. Tap on that and you're good to go. Works great then! Can't believe people threw away the module because this software doesn't work.
