I bought the camera just when version 1.0.5 comes out and wouldn't you know it doesn't work. I email the Conbrov company who tells me they have it figured out but basically can't give instructions on how to revert back to the 1.0.4 version that still works. It has been a week and there is still no update to the app to fix the problem. Now I have a camera that is useless and due to it being made of cheap plastic, it doesn't even make a good paper weight. I should have know what I was getting into when I saw the manual. No website, email address, or phone number given for ANY tech support. Fly by night company. Beware! Update- now we have gone through updates 1.0.6 and are now on 1.0.7 and still don't have a working camera. Poor customer service and even worse tech support. I honestly don't believe they know what they are doing. I have given them more than enough time to work out whatever problems and they still have no working product. I want a refund.

Conbrov has excellent customer service. I bought this cam on Amazon and had it on my doorstep two days later via regular shipping. I had an email from Conbrov before I received the cam with a simple instruction video to get me going along with a real person to contact. I had the cam up and running in less than 3 minutes!!! The image quality is very clear, and the lens is a nice wide angle. The sound is decent and picks up a nice distance. To the naysayers: It is common with smaller companies to find issues and take a little time to get back to you due to lack of resources, you just need to be a little patient. You will get better service and are supporting small businesses! I would support this company hands down any day of the week! Lastly, the accessories supplied to support the camera exceeded anything I have seen yet from ip cams that are much more expensive. Thank you Conbrov, keep up the great work!

Please update your app it won't anymore and no plugin to update the cam thanks otherwise don't buy it if they can't update the app
App not adding camera

On iPhone 6 there is no add camera button. It got useless if I cannot add a camera. I tried uninstalling and installing again with no effect.
