The videos are a lovely idea, but a few suggestions to tweek it: Street Sweeper could have less time on the brushes and show a full view first. Donkey, please skip the fall. Cruise ship video too long. Jet Ski, too reckless for our school children. Taxi, inappropriate for learning. Our students have limited attention spans so please catch them right away to teach the vocabulary

This is an entertaining app But I don't like the fact that I can't explore the letters of the words which is which I'm being taught. I would like to see if the phonic sounds of the letters of the word coming into play here to teach kids to read opposed to treating the words as sight words as some of the words are too long to be sight words. not enough control for the user other than listening to a word being read and a video. I would not give this app to my students. little writers app has a better concept.

I love this app! The pictures are crisp and interesting. I specially like the ability to change so many of the settings. It's very versatile for different student's needs.

This is an informative app, providing multiple examples of words beginning with the letter sounds. Videos are lively, adding to the variety and interest of the app.

PARENTAl WARNING!!! This app is inappropriate for any age child. It has potential to be a wonderful educational tool but the problem is that the videos are with I believe U-Tube so that one word will link to another thus taking a user into murky water. If an adult is not with the child using the app the child could go from Elephants to elephants mounting one another to dogs humping, to other animals copulating to humans. Yes the graphics, videos and still photos are of supreme quality but there is no monitoring of the content. Please remove it from showing up in any search for Apps for Toddlers or any child till this problem can be remedied.

I couldn't believe it when the very first video he watched (Wake boarding) had foul language in the lyrics. Seriously? Someone thought this was appropriate for kids??? If they get rid of this video (we haven't watched all the others yet), I might change my rating.

I used to love this app for my 5 year old and it is my son's favorite app. He loves watching the videos. I was recommending it to friends and family. Now I can't recommend it. My son has figured out that at the end of the "approved" video is a grouping of videos to pick from. On those videos is foul language, sexual implications and sales pitches to end animal cruelty. I cannot see in the settings how to disable access to random videos. I am going to have to disable all videos until my son no longer has access to inappropriate videos. Please fix as this once was a great and appropriate app for young kids.

Initially, I was impressed with this app. It has beautiful graphics and neat videos to provide visuals for the words. Until, we get to the video for the word "sports car" in which the video contains a very loud and clear F bomb. There was a vague disclaimer at the beginning of the video, which I had not noticed with the other word videos, but the disclaimer did nothing to warn me of what was about to come. Needless to say, the app has been deleted and I won't be downloading any apps from this company again.
