Terrible Controls Decision - heavily JetPack Joyride Inspired

Shadax_

I can't tell if its a nod or infringing on design, but the game is heavily inspired by jetpack joyride. Not necessarily a bad thing, but its obvious. The buttons have terrible touch detection. Since there are only two, why not just use left half and right half of the screen as the buttons? The game is otherwise pretty good. But the controls are unforgivable at the moment. The obstacles are pretty boring. Just platforms and gaps with occasional monsters. A little buggy when I used the robot, and oddly enough the game let me buy all the new power ups and put me in the negative on coins and diamonds. This didn't work for upgrades. The iAP is surprisingly fair. A coin doubler would be nice. Fix these and I will give a better rating.

Stupid

miner problem

?????

this game is so fun but relly laggy 4 stars

Hmm

COMR4DE

Should add more coins to pick up, maybe shorter animation when picking up power-ups too also respawn is way too much coins..controls seem fine, says use robot to plow through enemies, yet when using it you get killed by them.. gunner power up doesn't kill enemies either, too much problems

Great but achievements broken

Kaylexandria

Achievements stop unlocking after a while but otherwise great runner.

Terrible.

ZGamer217

Terrible control and power-ups do nothing.

Can't start

xpancakes11x

Crashes even before title screen (pretty much right away) I do have an older iPod. (touch 3rd gen) I hope that doesn't prevent me from playing.

App

Dragon city man

It downloaded but didn't even create an app button

Uninspired, forgettable clone

Dhuvdwe

Nice graphics, but that's where it ends. An uninspired Jetpack Joyride clone with forced, useless power ups for the very few random flying enemies. Dying is usually a failed platform jump where you can't see that the next platform is narrow before jumping. Then it force kicks you out the game to Facebook in Safari every now and then. Even the developers don't want you to suffer through playing the game for too long. Gotcha deaths, boring gameplay. Stay away.
