Major Bug (Buildplates)

Hey, Mojang, Let me start off by thanking you for the game. I adore the style of the game, and the effort your team put into making the game shows. The interface is very user-friendly. Unfortunately, I’m experiencing a big issue with the build plates. I have an iPad Pro, which should be compatible with the game according to many sources. I can navigate the app just fine, but when it comes to the build plates, it sticks onto a loading screen. It keeps telling me to clear a flat surface. I’ve cleared three of the biggest tables in my house, trying different tablecloths, and nothing works. I know my AR is up to date, because Snapchat has certain filters that need it. Could you fix this bug, please? Or tell me how to fix it myself? Thank you so much (:

It won’t let me play (sign me in) after I updated the game this started idk why but can you help me I worked so hard on this game so I don’t want to uninstall the game I worked hard on I even got a special animal so please help me give me anything other than uninstalling it and reinstalling it.
I guess it is awesome, but I hope this game support more places

This is a good game and I like it a lot but recently I have not been able to login, it just says there is an error. I am not sure why this is happening but if someone could help me I would very much appreciate it. Thanks!

You will not have my xbox account to give my information to who knows who. Don’t need a console account to play a iPhone game. You got this app deleted before the game could start. Was looking forward to trying it. It’s not worth my account information.

I just got my iPhone 11 but when I try to login it just says “something wrong with Microsoft account pls login from a browser” Idk what to do if anyone knows pls tell me how or where to go for help
Account keeps being reset

Game keeps locking me out and the only fix is to delete and redone load. When doing so it deletes all of my progress and makes me start again like I’ve just played the game for the first time. I wish there was a way to keep all the hard work and progress over made.

There are these kids who don’t know what ar is and how to move. I’m so disappointed in these 1-9 year olds. They want to log into their Xbox account in their Xbox XD you can’t move that around you dumbos. Other than your dumb community, I love you game Minecraft earth! It’s creative and I like it

Mojang desperately needs to hire someone who understands touch input, because the touch input in MCE is horrible. They also need to hire people who understand client/server networking, because it’s SO bad that this game is basically free advertising for Amazon Web Services. Anyone who plays this game would know to stay far, far away from Azure.
