I highly recommend this program to anyone of any age. At 42, I had bounced through life, having fun, traveling, floating from one relationship to another, not thinking much about what I wanted, just taking life as it came along. I was pretty happy. Then I hit a rough patch: I had a baby with an abusive man. I the breakup was financially and emotionally devastating. I had no coping mechanism. I didn’t know what to do, what I wanted, my moral compass was broken, I was depressed, relative, still just not taking control of my life. I took a chance on this program because I was tired of being the victim. I wanted to catch hold of my lucky star again. Things in my life I enjoyed skipped away and I wanted them back. Framing those desires with Lifebook and the super supportive community around it saved my life. Little by little I came back into focus for myself. I relearned who I was. I got my priorities straight, I remembered all the things I lived and am good at. It gave me courage to be on my own and I began to even help the others around me.
