Fix your UI!

It’s pretty simple - give your users some control over how the video plays. Make it easy to fast forward and rewind (when I try it now it pulls me out of the video completely, pauses the video, or just starts over). Add a button to jump forward or back, and let the user set a preference for 10, 20, or 30 seconds. Let the user change the speed of the playback. These are pretty simple things that every good elearning tool has already implemented - e.g. Coursera.

Terrible mobile experience

Impossible to fast forward or rewind in video, can’t change play speed, practically useless for an app that essentially amounts to a video playback platform. Can’t figure out how to unsave a video I accidentally downloaded. Awful app experience.

The MindTickle mobile app is a great companion to the web application, especially for someone like me that is always on the road. I can check the leaderboard, review new quick updates, find content to prepare before a call, etc. So far great experience.
Needs update!

The app is now worthless. No longer works on apple devices. Several work associates along with myself can no longer use the app. Please update as it's been down for over 2 weeks now.
Still no landscape mode

Only works in portrait mode. If you have a hinged case, you have to handhold the iPad to use this app. Because of that, as an end user, I only use MindTickle when management starts yelling and threatening to take action. It just isn’t a usable tool when I have to hold my head sideways to watch content. Imagine if you could only watch movies in portrait mode? Same thing. This is how NOT to enable your users. I recommend any other platform that is user friendly.

Intuitive and easy to use app with tons of very anecdotal information. Geat methodology overall I enjoy it. This new update Jan21-2018 has been a game changer for sure!
