I love this WAH opportunity. Excellent money, easy format, great instructions to succeed. At the end of these surveys I always wish I had a final summation option-my final thoughts.

Attempted to make an account but profile video never finished processing. This went on for days. Reached out to their support team about the issue and was told to clear my cache and try it again. This did not work either. Attempted to make a second account under a different email and was also met with this error. Reached out to their support team again and never got a response.

Excellent when you actually get approved!

I have used Mindswarms for years now - it’s a great app and pays promptly, but I have found that it is harder and harder to get approved. It’s a bit discouraging, but I still try to apply as often as possible!

I did a video and was promised a 5$ payout. They said it would be in my paypal account within 24 hours, I still have yet to receive it.

BIAS SURVEYS ARE KILLING THE DATA MARKET. MANY WHITE SUPREMACIST COMPANIES LIKE THESE SELL YOUR EMAIL ADDRESS GET PAID AND PROVIDE ZERO SERVICE OR SURVEYS FOR THAT MATTER. ALSO BLACK MEN OPINIONS DONT MATTER IN WHITE MALE SUPREMACIST SYSTEM. SO IF YOU ARE A BLACK MALE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.

I liked this app at first and I have only been chosen once. However, I keep receiving emails that I can apply and when I go to the app it says no studies are available so it’s really annoying.

MindSwarms is for a younger crowd. Middle aged or older will have nil participation. I brought this issue up with MindSwarm and they weren’t receptive to resolving it. MindSwarms has been a total waste of time. I suggest trying another survey platform.

This app is legit. I have been accepted into a survey once every couple months or so. It’s easy to record answers and payment is fast. Now the bad stuff- as others have said, push notifications or even texts would be nice. The biggest thing for me is that I recently upgraded from iPhone 6 to iPhone X. The app does not work with the bigger screen so I can no longer use it! Please update soon.

Awful customer service

Written to them several times to stop emailing me after I deleted the app since I’ve never been contacted even for studies very appropriate for me. They won’t remove me, there is no option to unsubscribe, no contact info. Terrible! Don’t say you’ll respond when you do not!!!!!!!!!!!!
