I use the new reality sleep meditation EVERY SINGLE NIGHT. I’ve always had trouble sleeping but this meditation is so wonderful and pleasant. Plus the 6 phase meditation is absolutely amazing to have on hand even when there is no internet connection.

I love it! I can't think of anything I would change. Great for beginners as well as those who have an experienced meditation routine. I even use it to calm my kids down at night for bedtime.

The app offers like 5 or 8 different guided mindfulness tracks. I use the full body relaxation one before bed to deeply surrender to sleep. I use to have really bad sleep hygiene (iPad, iPhone, imgur, Netflix in bed) but this is now part of my tools to keep my bed a sleep only zone. I was able to get my body and thus mind to relax with a pretty nice guided audio track in this app. It's nice to have this app because it's free, simple, and useful.

I have always been a bit of a skeptic when it came to the whole meditation and mindfulness movement - dismissing it as a little "woo-woo". But hey, don't knock it until you try it! And thank god I tried it! Brilliant app and a great way to keep me grounded throughout the day.
