Best meditation app out there

Have gotten more out of my meditations after three days of practicing with the intro course then I have after 20 years of meditating on my own. Not all of the meditations are my style but I really like a couple. Especially Linda Hall. Thanks for creating such an easy and powerful app!!

Great app

Great app but I cannot change my email address. I would love some help but no way to contact anyone. I looove this app. Had it downloaded for free then had to buy because it’s just so amazing. Just wish I could get some help with this email!!

Good app but a few suggestions

If the app is being used to help address sleep problems, 10 minute sessions are not long enough. Also, sessions should be categorized by music only. Favorites need to be organizable.

Lacking in quality and customer service

I cancelled because: 1. Instead of charging monthly, I was charged for a whole year. Even 3-4 months at once would have been better. There was no indication that this would be the case when I subscribed. 2. The meditations that I tried were the least effective that I’ve ever used. I asked for a refund and you chose not to issue one. Therefore I will never resubscribe. Until I get some better customer service, I will be sure to let others know about the lack of quality of the product and the refusal of your company to make things right.

I don’t know if this is just me but the voices doing the meditation are straight up creepy. I can’t relax because it sounds like someone creeping up on me to kill me. I have tried all of the voices. Please get someone who doesn’t sound like a criminal.

I’ve deleted and restored the app several times. I cannot access the complete line of meditations; even though I’m a paid subscriber. I even tried to pay for a subscription again. I’ll receive an error message, but still no full access. Any support is greatly appreciated!

They offer a couple of free sessions but the rest you must upgrade to listen.... the one i tried for free for sleep.... lord it was annoying!!! Quickly deleted app from my phone after that.

I want to say that Sammie has provided the best customer support of anyone anywhere—and I have tons of experience with online support as I regularly enroll in classes and purchased products online. The quality of support varies, of course, but in all these years—probably ever since the Internet was launched—I have never received the kind of support as I have from Sammie. It’s in its own stratosphere. And I am not exaggerating. Sammie was always prompt and very kind as she walked me through my issues. I’ve decided that Mindbliss must be an exceptional company if they have people like Sammie as staff. Thank you and I only wish every company offered such superior customer service!!!
