I was skeptical about this app, but I have used it for years, and have been through 3 phones with it. It will always have a place on my phone. It simply works, sometimes dramatically so. I had an ovarian cyst rupture and was in terrible pain, pain meds were a joke. While this didn't take away the pain completely, it took it down to a manageable level from "kill-me-now". It was the worst pain I had ever experienced. During the most acutely painful phase, this was the only thing that helped. Today I had a severe headache that came on at work and lasted well into the evening. It was making me nauseated and any light or sound was not just annoying, but added to the pain. It was much more severe than a normal headache. I went to bed to lie in the dark and put headphones on. 15 min later my headache is gone. No more nausea either. Try it. It's not a perfect app, the loops don't match up perfectly, and I wish the ambient choices were better, etc. But I don't care. It works and that's all that matters. Please keep updating it so it works with future iOS versions!

Safer and more effective than sleeping pills

I bought both this and Mind Wave 2. White noise works well for me so these have been even better than expected thus far. Setting up is incredibly easy, and the calming effect is almost immediate. You also don't get the side effects you get from sleeping pills. Recommending to my family and coworkers, once off bed rest.

Please update your app to work with iOS 11. I prefer the simplicity of this app over all others. I was disappointed that it didn’t work when I opened it last week. Other apps offer too much noise.

Doesn’t work with ios11. I now notice Jakob Koter has had a Mind Wave 2 out, charging for it. I paid for this and should be entitled to any future updates. Instead I now have a useless app.

This app has long been a favorite and staple of my wellness routine - essential at times for sleep and relaxation - and seems to be that for many others. Regrettably, the app has inexplicably received no updates in a long time. As a result, following the latest iOS release - 11.0 or 11.1 - the app will not open at all. Please advise about status of updates, including eta, if possible.
