Great Customization Not So Great Syncing

I’m a huge fan of Meister Task, unfortunately I can’t say the same about MindMeister. It has great customization features, but it doesn’t sync will with the web app. I actually lost the little work that I did on the app. I uninstalled and reinstalled but still had the same issue. Hope this gets fixed in the near future.

I really enjoy using this product. It is simple yet powerful. I have introduced the concepts to my kids and think it is really could be used to help kids organize their thoughts. Subscription is well worth it.
Great user experience, very easy to use

Just an all around great app and great user experience. Pros: easy to use, great design, the ease of use again - thoughts can just flow off the mind. Also the fact that you can export to xmind which is for desktop is a big plus over other similar apps because if I want to export everything in the future I can. Other online only apps with monthly subcriptions feel like too big a risk. If I ever leave the app, all my hard work is basically tossed out. Cons: I wish there was an option to increase or reduce the space between different threads. Everything bunches together which is not always how I want it, but overall not a big deal. Not even sure it’s not the best solution. Organizing all my maps: It would be nice to be able to add tags to my maps instead of having to use folders. It would be easier to organize all of my maps that way since many times one map could have a few key topics, and I want it to link to all of them.
