Very intelligently designed app. Well worth the time to enter each item: tools, equipment, vehicles, office supplies, anything and everything you own can be catalogued.

Cannot add new tools with Bluetooth

I just bought a few M12 tools and I installed the app on my iPhone and iPad. I turned on my tools with batteries. I tried and tried and can’t find my device added or recognized.

Tools got stolen 2 separate times almost 1500 altogether spent 500$ on the Bluetooth drills they popped up a few times but buy the time u get to the tools the person is already goune so I don’t even know if the tracking sytem in them would even better help u locate who’s vehicle or house they would be in anyways so these tools don’t really help yet

1) The find your tool feature lacks as it needs to be near someone else with the app if stolen or lost. 2) The app is phone specific if used with older phone iphone8plus , Samsung note 10 the app is very spotty and disconnects during the key feature to find your tool. 3) When dealing through emails they always say we never seen / heard about this issue. The jobs-sites are talking smh Give it another year it might catch up to tile
