The game doesn't work at all

I downloaded this game twice and the app shuts down at the menu screen. It's a bummer since my son really wants to play the game.

It just flat out doesn't work, and I'm on an iPhone 6+ with the latest iOS. Terrible and disappointing for son. Fix it, please, or take it down.

The app is good and my kids love it but I spent $4 on the in app purchase to unlock extra planets and after an update they are no longer there. That was a waste of money!

I have tried downloading and deleting this game several times. It loads but as soon as the PLAY button is pushed, it crashes. Very frustrating for my grandson who wants to play it so badly.
