mileME uses location sensing to automatically log your trips and track your mileage. You don't have to start or stop it. Once a trip is recognized it is matched to your calendar to automatically set the purpose. mileME also learns from the information you enter. When you set a trip to a client as business, next time it will automatically show up as a business trip.
All your trips are synced to the cloud. You can generate reports in the app or on mileME.com. Sign up now and get the first 30 days for free. After that, the service costs $5.99/month or $59.99/year. This gets you unlimited reports and all your trips will be stored in the cloud for 4 years, in case you need the data.

Battery usage
mileME uses very little battery: on average 1-4% of your battery in 24 hours. Since continued use of GPS running in the background can dramatically decrease battery life, we developed technology to minimize the use of GPS.
Subscription
There are two paid plans available to get unlimited logging and reports. The monthly plan is $5.99 and the yearly plan $59.99. If you do not turn off auto-renewal, the plan will automatically renew for the next payment period. You can manage auto-renewal in your Account Settings.

We have a garden care business. MileME makes it so easy to total my miles for tax deductions. At the end of the year I just send a report to myself for a nice printout of business miles recorded. It is also great fro keeping track the time spent at each account, when we arrived and when we left. So at the end of the day I can easy look up the hours to bill our clients.

This app not only is perfect in its operation in tracking trips and recording the mileage right and accurately I might add because believe me I put it through the test last weekend was flawless!! And to top it off it saves me so much time not having to log thirty trips a day for rideshare that I have time to pick up a few more clients and make even more money. Best App I found to help me with my taxes Exspenses and making more money and saving my time .... which is valuable mind you minutes are money to me!!! So I’d pay $10.00 for this App $6.00 is a Steele. So what are you waiting if you drive to make buy the app and make more money it’ll pay for itself your first trip. Get one it’s a great App!! Or don’t and just through money away!!!!

MileME is a wonderful app. For a long time, I was looking for something like this app to keep track of my business traveling. So practical! It links with my Calendar and thus only takes seconds for me to categorize my trips between business and personal. So convenient! It pre categorizes my trips based on the previous coding using similar location so for most of the trips I just have to confirm the coding. I love it! If you are like me, meticulous with your records, then export the spreadsheet and keep it along with your tax files. The app works!!!

MileMe has nailed it! The app works exactly as it's supposed to and as MileMe claims. Open the app, confirm your settings are correct and forget about it until you need to get your mileage data. If you're in a business where tracking and allocating your mileage to clients, cost centers or similar are required, MileMe is the best. I've tried other apps, and candidly, some are a little flashier here and there, but they don't work! The streamlined, simple interface app is solid. The website for viewing or downloading data is also good. No frills where you don't need them, just accurate business data.
