Cannot backup to the cloud anymore and lost half a years worth of data! Be forewarned!

For the last couple of months this app it's been reopening past entries by itself and it's very frustrating to go back and guess how many miles I drove for a particular trip. Fix this and I'll happily give a 5 star again. But hurry because I'm about to quit this app. Update. Not only the app has not been fixed but now it tries to sync to the cloud every time I open it making it impossible to log miles.

I've used this app for many years and was over the top happy with it! But ....lately it's had issues 'connecting to the server' causing it to take a LONG time spinning before I can enter my info! I hope they fix it soon. If not ... I will have to find another app...

All the sudden stopped syncing to the cloud and I cannot use Have always been very good about tracking business miles as they are reimbursed monthly. But with this app have been very good about tracking charitable and medical miles and expenses, like parking and tolls. With those features it has paid for itself many times over. Very easy to use, highly recommend.

I use it to keep track of all my business mileage. Very user friendly. Only minor glitches. My backup quit working.

Have to upload this every month (have used for 1 year now) , and 3 out of every 4 months it doesn't open, doesn't upload, etc. using iPhone and mac laptop. Also not very customizable. Also doesn't remember my patterns and prefills destinations that are wrong , every single day. Glad I'm switching jobs and can stop using it.

It would be nice to have a local option, or something. It keeps trying to take me to the east coast, when I am only going across town. As well, would be even better if it worked with ipad sideways, but no, they force you to use your ipad in a fashion you are not used to.

I've used MileBug for about a year. It allows me to track what clients I go to and add notes about the trip. It calculates either the number of miles or the beginning or ending mileage by simply filling in 2 of the 3 fields - beginning mileage, ending mileage, or # miles. It can track expenses but I have not found the need for that. I guess if I kept track of gas and repairs, that would be a good use of that feature. Customizable destination and origin codes allow me to put in my clients and description lets me know what the visit is for. There is only one little glitch that I have found- you need to save after you enter your beginning mileage but before the end of your trip and sometimes I will open the app to go to my next client and my last trip will be open even though I finished the trip. If I don't hit save before I log my next trip, I will lose the previous trip. It's a little confusing to me but it may just be operator error. Anyway,I did a lot of research before I decided on this app and it has been a good tool for me. Exporting the data to Excel at the end of the year allows me to review and adjust missing entries before I go to submit my mileage for taxes.

Great App. Extremely user friendly. It allows you either to manually input the mileage or use GPS tracking.
